n’entropy Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the n’entropy platform at www.joinnentropy.com (“Platform”) operated by n’entropy, a company based in Bulgaria. By using our Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Our Service

n’entropy provides EUDR (EU Deforestation Regulation) compliance software to help businesses meet their supply chain transparency obligations. Our Platform enables you to track, verify, and report on deforestation-free supply chains.

2. Using Our Platform

2.1 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for your business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

2.2 Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Be at least 18 years old or represent a legal entity

2.3 Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Use the Platform for illegal purposes
  • Interfere with the Platform’s operation
  • Share your account with unauthorized users
  • Extract or scrape data from the Platform
  • Reverse engineer our software

5.2 Compliance Responsibility

While our Platform helps with EUDR compliance, you remain responsible for ensuring your actual compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim
  • We’re not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • This doesn’t limit liability for death, personal injury, or fraud

7. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Platform ends immediately
  • You may export Your Data for 30 days after termination
  • Our obligations to process Your Data end (except as required by law)

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bulgaria.

For EU consumers: This doesn’t affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
